6 Month Warranty
Gorgeous Girl Jewellery warrants that all items are free of manufacturing defects. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, we will forward your piece for repair, or replace with a new, non-defected item, within 6 months of your purchase. If the item is no longer in stock, Gorgeous Girl Jewellery we will replace with an item of similar value, or provide a store credit equal to the value of the item. A receipt of purchase will need to be provided.
Claiming your Warranty
To make a claim, you must email gorgeousgirljewellery@gmail.com to activate your claim, in which you will be informed with instructions to return your product in its original packaging and provide proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping the product and any expenses related to shipping. Gorgeous Girl Jewellery is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of the product during transit.
Your item will be examined and if deemed appropriate, fixed or replaced for you.
Conditions and Exclusions:
The warranty is available for all full priced jewellery purchased online or in person. The 6 month period starts when the goods have been shipped.
We do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones or theft. Or Failure to care for your jewellery as per our care instructions.
Some examples of common jewellery issues that are not covered within this warranty:
- Loss or disappearance of gems or parts
- Normal wear and tear, such as ring scratches, peels, or if they are bent out of shape from rough use
- Breakage due to rough use
- Tarnish or deterioration due to contact with toxic acids and substances (see our care instructions)
- Excessive exposure to moisture, some types of chlorine and other chemicals can discolour even solid gold. Be aware that the gold and rose gold plated pieces will eventually lose its colour overtime.
